I find myself getting angry a lot. It feels like things are not going my way and people and situations just pissing me off. I get really irritated with certain people, and I get easily frustrated especially when there’s nothing I can do about it. Sometimes I keep it in and it really burns me up, but other times I get really worked up and lose my temper and lose control and sometimes I say and do hurtful things. I don’t know why because I’m not a bad person but somehow I’ve just got this short fuse and then I snap! I just wish things were going better for me, and yes I wish I was more relaxed more at ease, and dealt with my upset less aggressively”
